B2B Platform for Autofact

Autofact, a tech company in the used cars industry, required to update their interaction with customers in the business-to-business branch, maintaining key aspects of the old platform but updating the usability to make it intuitive to their users.

 

I designed a user experience that organized the functionalities of the platform for users to have a better understanding of the information, to allow users to be autonomous when performing specific processes and to reduce support tickets as users are working with a more intuitive platform that guides them to fulfil their requirements without the need for assistance.

The UX is accompanied with a new UI system that shows structured visual hierarchies, graphs, and color coded labels among other elements that facilitate the user’s understanding of the information they need to make the right decisions.
